This card is for both the Colour Challenge and the Sketch Challenge. Two for the price of one.
There are so many layers in this card and it has taken me all afternoon - I am not a quick crafter and agonise over everything.
The colour combination just said "Beach" to me so a good excuse to use one of my new shell stamps. You can never have enough shell stamps.
The image is coloured with Derwent Inktense and Watercolour pencils and the embossed background is a new embossing folder from Tattered Lace - oh boy do they have some beautiful dies and embossing folders - only hard to find here in Australia.
I am being told off - as its someone's dinner time - MEOW. So I had better finish this up and get it uploaded NOW. MEOW.
Hope you enjoy.

Like you, I thought these colors were very beachy. I love how you used them in your card. Your shell stamp is beautifully colored, nicely framed and your sentiment is wonderful - my feelings exactly!

You're right! You can never have too many shell images; they evoke such wonderful vacation memories. I just got a set of the Inktense pencils, so I'm especially appreciative of the coloring on this beautiful card!
