This card is for both the Colour Challenge and the Sketch Challenge. Two for the price of one.
There are so many layers in this card and it has taken me all afternoon - I am not a quick crafter and agonise over everything.
The colour combination just said "Beach" to me so a good excuse to use one of my new shell stamps. You can never have enough shell stamps.
The image is coloured with Derwent Inktense and Watercolour pencils and the embossed background is a new embossing folder from Tattered Lace - oh boy do they have some beautiful dies and embossing folders - only hard to find here in Australia.
I am being told off - as its someone's dinner time - MEOW. So I had better finish this up and get it uploaded NOW. MEOW.
Hope you enjoy.

So beautiful! Wow, love that pretty bg and your other layers as well! I saw Tattered Lace at the Craft and Hobby show (CHA) this year...they DO have gorgeous dies (I don't remember the EFs) Your coloring of the shells is gorgeous! Just beautiful!

Helen, this does have more layers than what you normally do, but it came together perfectly (despite all the time it took). It's perfect for both challenges. It shouts beach with your colors and your new image.
