This week's challenge is all about the inners....inside of the card, and how we finish our envelopes. I started by using a stencil and a sponge that was dampened with water. Using the ink pad sponged the stencil. I then added lines with a brush using the ink. Added sponging and the gold leaf lines with the pen. I did the same for the inside. The envelope is hard to see, but I scored three lines on the flap and added a gold line. Hope you can come and play in the challenge this week. TFL

Linda, your fern is gorgeous and the sponging just sent it over the top. Couldn't be more beautiful.

So classy with the dark green and gold, Linda! For me, this has a real Victorian feel - but that might only be because it makes me think of all the ferneries they had in their gardens.
Beautiful card, Linda! I LOVE the look you achieved with the ferns--never thought of using a damp sponge with the ink! I'll have to try and remember that tip!

I was just mentioning to Benzi how gorgeous stand alone greenery looks and you have totally proved it here, Linda the beautiful scripting is so perfectly suited to this. One for the CASE ing files thanks for the great challenge and inspiration today.
