So, I happened across Paula's card this morning and loved it so, I was really surprised when I got home and found I have no wasabi cardstock (gasp) so, thinking to go with a pale green I picked Pistachio instead. the rose was colored with Copic's and the edges of the green and sand have some creamy brown chalk ink along the edges. the card front was stamped with an old old lace stamp from su the sticker says 2006 with some shell pink ink for texture. I am thinking that you cannot do shabby with out lace so, this is vintage. thanks for this challenge Karen & tfl.

Woman after my own heart... stamping on or working with newsprint is a favorite of mine and your rose is outstanding with the bleeding and distressing! The whole card is just stunning, Stacy!

This is just beautiful! I love that you have done it on a dictionary page and the chalk brown ink around the edges really does frame it all beautifully. Beautiful.

This is pretty and I love the vintage feel of it!
