Cathymac challenged us to use a watercolor bg or another form of water media.
I actually used my ink pads on my background in several different colors. Don't have very many different reinkers so I used a sponge brush and lightly pushed the brush into the ink pad and softly
brushed it onto the already wet watercolor paper. It works beautifully and I now had more color variety to work with.

What a great idea to use a die cut and watercolor the inside. I think your sponge technique turned out really well and I love the added sparkle of the stickles.

I'll say your technique works beautifully. This is so one of those that catches your eye with your precision water color and your glittered accents. I'm really lovin' this one, Ann. It's just gorgeous.
