I tinted modeling paste using distress inks going for a rainbow color! I used Memory Box's textured drip rings stencil; I adhered the stencil to my paper and smoothed on the tinted modeling paste; I placed it aside to dry and worked on the individual letters. I used a white tag, scribbled on inktense pencils in rainbow order and smoothed it all out with water.
I then cut the HELLO using MFT hello dies - 5 times from black card stock and 1 time from the tag I had previously colored. But the letters were super pastel, so I added MORE color from the Inktense pencils and spread the color with a clear Wink of Stella pen. LOTS of shimmer and a much brighter rainbow, I coated each letter with a heavy layer of glossy accents.
