Both the SCS Ways to Use It challenge and the Addicted To CAS challenge are April Showers. A perfect chance to use my new Deep Red stamp of a woman with an umbrella. Because her umbrella has blown inside out and her skirt is blowing, I made it a windy shower.
I stamped a small flourish stamp in Weathered Wood for the wind, and used one of the Itty Bitty Background stamps for the raindrops - I did it with Stormy Sky ink and stamped it off once each time as it was a bit too dark without stamping off. I bordered with black and added glossy accents to the puddles and to the larger "raindrops" - hard to capture in the photo, but adds a neat effect IRL.

Like it - I love it! What a really beautiful stamp, and I love the way you have created your wind and rain. No wonder her umbrella has blown inside it. It reminds me of here on windy days when you inevitably see several "dead" umbrellas abandoned by the roadside. I can see the sparkle from the Glossy Accents, too.

Love this card! That image is fabulous, and your representation of wind and rain is perfect!
