I used liqutex gloss gel medium through the stencil, it's hard to see here but its very smooth and glassy IRL.
I sprinkled the bister on coated CS, spritzed with water heat dried; used my stencil and gloss medium; once that dried I used a stampit Australia large text stamp and my MISTI over the whole surface. I wanted to get a good impression with the stamp which was going to be difficult with the gel stenciled surface. I think it really stands out on the CAS background.
I'm entering this for the Happy Little stampers CAS stencil challenge http://happylittlestampers.blogspot.ca/ and the SCS Mix 114.

Totally awesome, Christine. You and your bisters are one remarkable combination. I read your narrative but I have to admit I'm lost as to how you achieved such a gorgeous bg but I can certainly appreciate it.

Always love your bister backgrounds Christine! Looks awesome with the clear gel stenciling over top. Amazing results with stamping over the stenciling ... I don't think that would be possible without the Misti ... looks fabulous. Thanks for playing along at Happy Little Stampers. xx
