I cut the outer circle with a Nellie Snellen die and the white circle was punched with a 3" Fiskars punch. I followed the sketch division line and placed a series of punched flowers along the line. I keep a stash of punched flowers on hand---punched from my small scraps. Image is colored with Prismacolor pencils and OMS. Punched flowers were added to the hula girl's bra and hair. I used yellow Stickles for the flower centers.

I love the way you did the flowers in the curve - that is so neat!

PnS, those flowers steal the show. I don't have the patience to sit there and either cut 'em or place them on a card. They add so much whimsy to your image.
