Happy Friday... Here is my card for today's Queen for the Day challenge - Faye (kramomma) has been passed the crown. Here is the card that inspired me DTGD13rainy
I used a goose image instead of a duck, made it a birthday card and a similar layout. I coloured my image instead of leaving it uncoloured. I made the sunset using the direct to paper technique and then lightly brushed over the sunset with an aqua painter. Sewed edges - added the banner and mini brads.
I love this "Moon Lake" stamp set
I'm putting this in Thursday's Ways to Use it Challenge - Tortoise or Hare... Well I'm definitely the "Hare" This must have taken me around 2 1/2 hours to complete.
Enjoy your reign, Faye.
Hugs..pat

One of the prettiest sunsets ever.....it truly does look like the color . Neat effect too on how you created it with the extra brushing. Super card. Thanks for playing in the challenge.

This is a very appealing masculine card, I struggle with making that type of card. Thanks for choosing one to remind me I can do it! Yours is breathtakingly handsome.
