Thanks to Jeanne for a fun challenge!
Things I learned while making this card
*bazzil textured cardstock does not score well, it tends to rip
*sentiments REALLY do look better in black ink
*tri shutter cards are a blast to make!
I love this stamp set of encouraging and fun filled phrases and was at first just going to use the main sentiment and keep the rest blank hence a CAS tri fold but the little shutters were calling for attention so I used each phrase in the set. I added one butterfly to cover a smudge and if one is good well then three is most certainly better... I dry embossed the entire card when it was closed up so as to get every bit of surface covered. The tutorial for the shutter card is here Tri-Shutter Card Tutorials at Splitcoaststampers
and I plan to make another one very soon. Thank you for looking and HAPPY FRIDAY! Hugs, NR
p.s. I set it up so that when the card is closed you only see the big panel! Very cool!!!!
