I heat embossed these two stamps. Then colored over the white embossing with copics and blendabilities. Then I punched a border out of just typing paper and pleated it and added it to the bottom. I used three colors of paper and three different ribbons.

Those strong colours against the black look fab! We're definitely in the party mood here . Great way to use the scraps of ribbon, too - I wish I could remember to do that more. I even have a small box on my desk - but it's tucked so far back I forget about it.

Oh love the technique of coloring over the heat embossed image. Super job on this one. I will need to try this technique. Thank you for the inspiration!
