I unexpectedly had swim mom duty for one last meet today. I had to pack a bag quickly last night so I just grabbed a bunch of random stuff from my desk and from a stash of stuff that didn't make it onto other cards. I wanted to add silver elements in keeping with this week's mixability challenge. I took my Sahara base and stenciled blue through dry wall mesh and also spattered some silver paint onto it. I also edged the striped piece with the silver and used my finger to spread silver all over the butterfly (which was a glossy recycled paper). I also stenciled blue onto the butterfly. Since I didn't have any dimensionals I rolled up some paper and wrapped it in double sided tape. I had the circles in the stash and scattered them around.
BTW-DD had a good last meet of the season

I like this! The colors, the paper, & the design just grabbed me! Pretty cool that you can grab stash off your craft area and make a card this cool! TFS
