This week's Teapot challenge to create a victorian/vintage theme. I went through a few trials and errors with the fan stamp and different coloring mediums, I settled with embossing on vellum. I colored the back with an assortment water based pens I have in my stash. The paper is patterned paper a few years back from Stampin Up! I love the end results!

Oh, embossing on vellum was a great way to go with the fan! The mirror looks fabulous too. For sure the gold embossing is perfect for adding a real vintage Victorian feel, along with the lace.

Absolutely gorgeous!! Your persistence with the fan design really paid big dividends with this beauty! The gold embossing on vellum is gorgeous and your color choices perfect for a Victorian theme. Your pretty papers and lace detail are perfect complements and your mirror just beautiful. Thanks so much for coming to Rheannon's Teaparty...make sure to grab some of those yummy fan cookies - I just put out a fresh batch! Hugs from NJ.
