I did this bag journal at a workshop as a make-and-take. Very cost effective - I only had them do the cover, not the inside (I showed them one completed), so it was just a few small pieces of paper and some ribbon. I had one woman say, "I can't believe *I* made something this beautiful!". I would suggest, however, pre-punching the holes for the ribbon along the spine. Some of the women had a really hard time punching and feeding the ribbon through so I ended up doing it for them.

I am currently in love with the tiny books that hold pictures and treasures.....yours is ever so cute! Thanks for sharing it with us! By the way, I recently purchased a Fiskars paper drill that is perfect for doing the holes in these type of books. Give it a try!
