What do you think? This is for my son's high school graduation. The school colors are Maroon & Gold. He likes black accents.
Is this too basic?

I like simple. The yellow seems a little bright, could be the pic though. Maybe instead of a yellow brad use a gold brad. I can't tell if the cap and numbers are embossed or not, but I would definitely emboss them (makes it more elegant IMHO). Nice card.

This is a great card, I like the layout, You could try and do the background card stock in gold stamped and the weathered in maroon.
put the top layers Black then maroon and top layer in gold with the word and cap embossed in black. Thanks for sharing.
