I originally saw this idea on Dawn O's blog (she is one of my favorite sources of inspiration!) but instead of doing a Triple Time (3 layered) version I "dumbed it down" a bit and went with only two layers. In this technique you use temporary adhesive (oh how I love my limited supply of Dotto and will be sad when it's gone!) to attach the top white layer directly on the white card base and randomly stamp the floral images onto the cardstock making sure to overlap the images onto both pieces. A little hint...stamp the sentiment first! It's easier to find the perfect place for it while you have a blank canvas than to get crazy stamping flowers then try to find a place to fit the sentiment in at the end.
Don't panic when you see that the ink didn't completely fill in the space around the center layer..when you put the black layer under it completely hides any open space. Doing this card in any color is beautiful but doing it black makes it particularly striking and elegant!
Have fun...if you want to see a great video then be sure to go to Dawn O's blog and search for Triple Time stamping.
