This is my third attempt at uploading this LOL. This is for Sabrina's great technique challenge (you are right Sabrina it is easy LOL) and also for Misti's fun CAS challenge - springtime.
I feel a bit bad that nothing is stamped or die-cut, so I hope this still qualifies for challenges. I followed the great SCS tutorial by Julie for the pop-up diorama.
Instead of punching out a shape, I die cut a window, inked around the edges then placed the window back in place (secured at the back).
I used my ScorPal to give the effect of a dado wall. I gently wiped a foam blending tool that has traces of gathered twigs distress ink on it, over the scored area.
I was itching to add more the the floral wall, but I am really trying to learn CAS. Thank you for looking.

It's is TERRIFIC, Susie! With only one die cut window it surely is CAS.: ) Love the vintage look, and the Scor-Pal for waincoating is brilliant....along with a "wallpaper" that looks like a hand-screened imported silk.

What's wrong with nothing stamped or die-cut! We all have pretty papers and sometimes that's all you need to carry a card. I'm glad that in the end you found it easy - if you can master the step card as well as you have, I didn't think you'd find this too difficult. The sponging round the window and on your beautifully scored panelled wall really bring this to life with an extra burst of apparent dimension. You certainly nailed both the CAS and the TLC here, Susie.
