The raised panel back ground was created by adding ink to acrylic block then misting with water before stamping onto card - I'm sure there is a name for the technique but I don't know what it is;)
Dried the card with heat gun then stamped the images. I needed the stamp-a-ma-jig to line up the image on the top panel with that on the card base.
