This is for Stacy's VSN challenge ~ Hidden Treasure.
I don't have any botanical stamps that show a bulb along with the flower, so I had to go flowers only and then had plenty of choice. Crocuses and (I think that's an anemone?) anemones are corms, but the tulip, daffodil and hyacinth definitely fit the bill for the challenge.
I stamped the image twice on white card, embossing with white EP. For the vases, I coloured them with a blue and green Gelato and wiped with a baby-wipe for a soft look. I coloured the flowers with pencils, and then added Glossy Accents to use as resist for the watercolour background. The shelf is a scrap of Faux Barnboard.
Base embossed with Polka Dots. I'm trying to use some of my ribbon scraps, so I added two little tabs of ribbon and fibre.
Join in the VSN fun! There are some great challenges to help you add cards to your stash; you have till 10 pm Eastern on Saturday 14th March to upload.
