My favorite tool from Perfect Paper Crafting has to be the 1/16″ Perfect Layers Mini, I use this tool for almost every card I create and many times it's my only border on the card. Even though I used the 1/8″ layer here also, it's that smaller colored border that pulls out the color in the image.
Another favorite tool is the Perfect Square for cutting the out of the box images, a very handy tool and a perfect way to keep the cutting line straight.
I had fun coloring the hearts with Chameleon Pens. After fusing color to blender for about twenty second I followed the swirl lines on the two outside hearts and I used the blender pen to lighten a few areas.
For the background I used Copic markers. (all colors listed below)
Paper: Beckett Expressions Radiance for image panel, Georgia Pacific border white, The Paper Company purple, MD/A division of Creativity Inc. red groove
Ink: Memento - Tuxedo Black
Tools: Perfect Paper Crafting - Perfect Layers Mini 1/16″ and 1/8″, Perfect Cutting Mat, Perfect Square
Scor-Pal for line embossing, detail cutting scissors
Accessories: red gems, Chameleon Pens V04, PK3, PR4, RD4 to color hearts, Copics B000, 0000 to color background

Totally love your color choice, your layout - everything! I hear you on the 1/16" layers, too - I use them often, but don't have the Perfect Layers tool (yet)...
