This is for a couple of challenges. Happy Little Stampers has an "Embossing" challenge posted by Loll Thompson - to use whatever type of embossing you want. And Less is More has a colour challenge to use grey and pink.
The card is a CASE of one done by one of the instructors in the on-line stencilling class I did last year - sorry, I don't remember whose card it was.
A friend of mine loves grey and pink together and her birthday is coming up soon so it was a perfect challenge.
I used a stencil with pearlescent embossing paste first (the pearlescent paste has a greyish tinge to it), then spritzed with various pink sprays over the embossed section. On a scrap of cs, I spritzed the same sprays until I got almost full coverage and die cut my butterfly out of that. I also die cut a grey flourish. Added a sentiment and some pearls and popped the panel up on the cardbase.

This is so gorgeous Susan. LOVE the translucent paste dots which are oversprayed in pink. And LOVE the pink sprayed butterfly --- so pretty! Thanks again for playing along at Happy Little Stampers. xx
