well, my first thought was heat emboss the (some mostly solid image) with antique linen powder because, its a sand type texture/color when its done. so, this stamped panel I drug a versamark pen along a couple corners and tried sprinkling the powder on randomly its a little too thick but, it still works. the fun thing about VSN is it doesn't make me make cards faster but, it does make me make cards I would not have thought to do. so, thanks for this challenge Lee, & tfl.

I love the pearl in the middle. This has the best feel and look to it - you did a fab job on it! Makes me want to go to the beach now! Hugz

The pearl is showcased so well. I finished both days of challenges and agree with the fact that I made cards I wouldn't have made otherwise. Yet of the 10 cards I made, there are only two I wouldn't consider making duplicates of. I love that I had to think outside the box. I also love that I actually tried 2 new techniques. Pretty cool.
