This if for the Challenge today to use something from the kitchen. I watercolored the paper with yellow, orange, and red watercolors. Sprinkled salt on while still wet. I then embossed with white, added the orange back layer, butterflies, saying, button, and gems. TFL

Just beautiful! Why does my salted background never turn out looking remotely like this. The simple white embossed image and the butterflies look great on it.

Oh my goodness your salted BG is fantastic. I have only done it once and it did not turn out near as beautiful as this one. Oh I will have to try again.
