Hi all,
Well, I did the coarse salt on the Dylusion, memories mist mix with water first but the pink was just too light to see the salt effect. So I did Susie Australia's mix of Baking Soda, paint and glue and made a paste. All kitchen things...well, the salt and baking soda anyway. I did not use Worcestershire sauce though, maybe I could have used that to stain my edges, I don't know.
So the white hearts on the light pink are made of my paste. I also used this week's sketch and this week's colors.
Thanks for looking!

Oh Wow - this is gorgeous. That is a perfect little giraffe image. Love reading about all these different "techniques" used to create different backgrounds - great inspiration.

I don't think the colour from the Worcestershire sauce would have suited this, LOL. Your homemade paste certainly looks fabulous, those little hearts are just darling.

What an adorable giraffe, Robin! Love the use of "things from the kitchen" and making your own paste! Love the paper bow with the dangling hearts that you used to embellish this wonderful card!

So sweet and what an adorable giraffe! Your paste looks wonderful so that must be a good recipe - and MUCH cheaper. I just love all the tiny hearts! Terrific card!
