Congratulations Tracy (Scrapgirl1210) on becoming our newest featured stamper. Wow - girl - can you ever colour. Your gallery is absolutely amazing, so many cards to choose from. Here is the card that inspired me Sending warm fuzzes
What a super cute image. I have used a sweet, loving image and a similar layout. I coloured the House Mouse image "Sweet Kiss" with copic markers. Sponged in the clouds using Soft Sky ink. Used my stamp a ma jig to get the correct placement of the sentiment (from "Summer by the Sea" Stampin Up set) I used a circle from More Mustard paper and cut it to fit the right upper corner for the sun. Applied stickles to the sun for some sparkle. On the 5" square panel - I scored every 1" on an angle - twice to get a diamond grid. Sponged along the edges of the 1" strips with soft sky ink, turned the card and sponged along the 1" edges again - to get the pillow block (pillow top) look. Matted with blue cards tong and then added the polka dot ribbon. Sewed around edges. Popped up the image panel, and pillow block panels. Finished the inside of the card.
Enjoy your time in the spotlight, Tracy.
Hugs..Pat

So Sweet!! I just love that sweet bird getting a kiss on the head. Thanks for sharing your scoring and sponging technique; it makes a really interesting background. Gotta try that. TFS
