Love these colors in this weekÂ’s challenge (CC514):
I masked off one side of the card, and then blended the colors over the entire section. Stamped some of the script from French Foliage, making sure to wipe off some bits of the ink, so it looked a bit “sketchy”. Embossed the dragonflies in white, then sprayed the panel with shimmer spritz. Not only does this give the panel a lovely shimmer IRL, it softens and blends the inks. Removed the mask, die cut my branches and adhered, stamped the sentiment and done. I love this sentiment! My first time using it and it won't be my last!

What a terrific sentiment...so versatile. You did such a nice job blending the challenge colors. The white die cuts are so striking and have just a slight oriental feel. Beautifully designed.

The way you did your left side is amazing - the sponging with the "hint" of the stamp in the BG and then adding those bright white flowers over the depth of color - just awesome!

I LOVE the way you used this week's colors. I know we say that a lot, but I really do! Such a clever way to blend from one to another, with the beautiful white die cut on top. Into my fave's!
