I really like the way this card turned out with the pale colors and elegant flourishes. The border images add just the right touch to create interest.
I used the Chameleon Pens to color the hearts blending the color to the blender nib for approximately 17 on the left and 20 seconds on the right to color the large area and only a second or two for the smaller pink areas and about 5 for the long right edge. Colors: BL3, PK3
The border images come as a set of four and I used two for this card.

Tools: Perfect Paper Crafting - Perfect Layers Mini for 1/8" border using an Xacto knife for cutting, Scor-Pal for embossed lines, Stampin Up embossing folder for base design, Cheery Lynn flourish die, detail cutting scissors
Accessories: foam tape, Aleene's tacky glue to attach the flourish die cuts, Chameleon Pens Colors: BL3, PK3

Fabulous! Red hearts or Blue, this is the sweetest valentine card. I love the fresh, bright look, and the splatters between your dry embossed border. A very compliment to the card base. Another top-notch card, Roxie!
