My card features the adorabe Hello Baby Petite Stamp and Die Combo set from Taylored Expressions....the cloud was stamped with Memento Summer Sky, cutout with the Hello Baby die and popped up with foam tape.
The sentiment from the same set was stamped over the *rain* and the little hearts were all cutout and adhered over the stamped hearts. The ribbon and rounded corners finish it off. TFL!!
