I wish I could recreate this beautiful inspiration piece, but I had to settle for being inspired by it: https://www.flickr.com/photos/kevinn...7620419748397/. After my wrinkle free distress was done, I splattered it with white acrylic distress stain, then set in the sun to dry. Stamped the flourish, bird and sentiment with Versafine black. Added gems then matted on white and black. I don't have any Stampscape stamps, in fact, I have very few stamps at all, but thought it would be fun to play along anyway.

What a beautiful card. It looks like you reached out and captured the sun. The black floral branch and sentiment in black are a gorrgeous, bold contrast. Just beautiful.

What a gorgeous card! This is so perfect from your inspiration, Priscilla! I've tried his techniques and wow are THEY hard! I love that you got such a clean impression on watercolor paper too!

Smiling here....you and I kinda have the same style, and it's not mixed media. I'm so proud of you...this card is stunning. The warm vibrant colors are eye catching along with the black. It was fun get the finger inky..Right? Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful vibrant colours in that lovely background really set off the flourish of flowers with their bright red jewels and the little bird with branch. So well done.
