When I first started stamping more than 30 years ago, I was fascinated with scenery stamping. I own a number of Stampscapes stamps from that time, but don't use them very often. Today's Inspiration challenge was an excuse to get them out and play with them. I was not so much inspired by a single image, but by the techniques and over-all-look that Kevin gets with his amazing work. I used the colors I saw outside my window this morning as inspiration for this card. There is a lot of glitter on the card that adds to the icy feel, but it does not scan so well. I am fairly pleased with how this came out.

Absolutely INSPIRATION GENIOUS! You have really mastered this technique and I am thrilled that you were inspired to pull those old stamps out today! Your touch of glitter adds to the wonder and beauty that any recipient would treasure for years! Thank you connecting so closely with the challenge!

Love this done with the copics....you captured the cold feel with the blues. I think you should keep these stamps out, and use them more often. Very stunning card. tfs
