This card is also for the Jingle Belles challenge to use gift wrapping paper or gift tags - in order to get a head start on next year's Christmas cards.
This card is dedicated to my sister Doris, who bought me these tags and knew I would draw inspiration from creating with them.
Finally, credit where credit is due - i studied JustWriteDesigns gallery heavily this morning, hoping to channel Julie. She seems to do these types of cards effortlessly. My experience was not effortless. However, the arrangement of all my stamping goodies in my "stamping wing" of my new house helped me FIND all my various supplies pretty darn easily this morning. (Do I really have to go back to work on Monday?)
Thanks for looking, and rock on!

Beautiful! Love that peacock. You channeled well and I am so jealous you have an organized craft room. Lucky you. Hugz

I can't believe the inspiration piece! I wonder how long it took to make. Your card is so pretty. I love the soft colour on the peacock and the beautiful paper behind it. Love the embossed mat too.
