I've made a few shaker cards this year and decided to try and combine a shaker card with the first ever spinner card I made. This is definitely a one off!!
I read on Jennifer Maguire's blog about sticking some sequins into place under the acetate in a shaker card so the top of it doesn't look too empty when it's standing up.
I'd seen a demo of a shaker card made with buttons instead of coins but I've now realised that the buttons need to be thin ones or you'll need three layers of foam to allow it to move properly! There was a LOT of gluing and adjusting on this one.
It's for my FIL's 70th - it's probably a bit too glitzy and sparkly for him but I like it!

And I think he will too! WOW, you are on a creative roll there. I LOVE this! It's been 7 years since I did a shaker card and I have never done a spinner card. Outstanding in constructions and design!
