I used embossing paste to stencil stars for the background and coated them in iridescent embossing powder. Once the paste was dry, I used my heat tool to melt the embossing powder.
I used a piece of tissue paper to create texture for my oval background, and sprayed with pink and yellow to add some colour. The baby pram is a circle die-cut with a wedge removed, added lace, and used thick wire for the handle and legs.
