Thought I had better attend the last teaparty for the year! This party is all about Auld Lang Syne or times gone by - I had no idea what all the words to this Scottish tune were! Thank you, Faith, for this challenge.
We were to show friends enjoying their friendship - my 2 little girls are so enjoying the garden and pretty butterflies. They are far too young to attend susie and robin's New Year's parties!!! I coloured the Magnolia Tilda's with copics, fussy cut and adhered to card on the stamped garden. Sponged the sky, grass and sun and added the butterfly sticker and also the punched butterfly. My son and his partner gave me this butterfly punch as part of my Christmas gift, I coloured with copics and added some glitter to the edges. I die cut the fence in some Kaisercraft dp.
Happy New Year to everyone and TFL!!

These two little girls are so charming Sue. It's obvious you put a lot of work into this and it was so worth it! The whole message you send with this card is heartwarming too. Love your card!

Ha, yes, they do look a bit too young for attending parties with as much drink and (high) spirits flowing as the AI gals. But I think they look as if they're dreaming of the time when they will be older and able to join the fun! I really like the way you cut the fence from DP.
Hope you had fun shopping for your Purple Onion stamps - enjoy them when they arrive.

Love how you have captured the warmth of friendship with these two cute girls, Sue. Pretty garden scene and the butterfly made with your new gifted punch is lovely.

Ha, Ha, yes I think they are a bit too young for Susie's and Robin's parties too but on they are so darling and beautifully colored! The butterflies are an excellent touch and the die cut fence is perfect! Such deatils in this beauty!

Sue, thiscis adorable. The colors are so soft, especially that sun. The butterfly is the perfect touch. Great jub with the fussy cutting...always my least fav. Technique to do because I loose so many parts of my image by accident.
