Had some homemade glittered silver paper leftover from tags and used it to punch out the tiny stars. Embossed the celebrate but otherwise a very simple CAS card.

Now why didn't I use my leftover scraps to punch out stars. How clever. Great job on this celebratory card......for any occasion!
