Paula challenges to water color on our cards for the Texas Snowman VSN Challenge. I painted the flowers and leaves and the gold edge of the Bible with water and inks. I still needed a less feminine sympathy card. I hope this ok to send to a man who lost his wife. TFL

I think it's beautiful and just right. This must have been a hard card to make. Thanks so much for sharing!

Sharon, Your color choices are great. I love the soft yellow flowers but that shading by the cross really takes the card to the top! I am sure it will be soothing to the gentleman you give it to! tfs

Your watercoloring is over the top beautiful - How comforting and appropriate for a man who has just lost his wife - not too feminine with the flowers having the gray balancing it out!
