Poster: ChaosMom

This was a workshop project that I designed for the local recreational department - it's a candle holder made of a wine glass. The inside of the glass is stained with alcohol ink. The snow is created by dripping Modge Podge, covering it with Epsom Salts and some silver glitter. Same technique on the glass base where the candle is placed.
The flowers are using the Sizzix Poinsettia die - added color and distressed, gave it some depth and layered it with foam dots. Tips of the flower and branch got a little snowflakes sprinkled on them.
The red bow in the back is an Anna Griffin bow die - very pretty with a huge rhinestone in the center - but at this angle it can't be seen - trust me it's there!

A little votive light goes underneath to blink through.

Thanks for stopping by to take a look!
Merry Christmas!

What a neat idea, so glad I clicked on the image to see it larger/read what it is ! It is surely even prettier with the tea light glowing underneath.
