I made this card for two challenges. CAS301, Lovely As A Tree, and ,CC507, Under The Tree. For the CAS challenge, we were to use a tree. I traced and fussy cut two trees, out of green cs, and layered them onto black cs, that I had fussy cut. Now that my trees were put together, I layered my Christmas print dp, panel onto black cs, panel then onto the green cs panel, and lastly, onto the black back of my card panel.
I cut the word celebrate, on my cricut. I don't have a cartridge with merry Christmas yet... I cut the word celebrate, then I cut the shadow
of the word celebrate, and layered it at the top of my card. I used my snowflake ef, for the texture on the trees, and added some gold stickles for sparkle. I added a green ribbon and bow, and gold gems to complete my card. Thanks for the fun challenge, and thanks for looking.

This is a terrific card. I love everything about it! The gems at the top of the tree and as tree ornaments are wonderful as well as the glitter on the snowflakes. Love the idea of embossing the tree. I'll have to do that myself! Great job with the cricut. Sometimes I have trouble cutting curvy designs out on mine. The bow and the corner gems are the perfect finishing touches!
