This is for Toni's WTUI challenge today ~ To The Post.
I really wanted to use this stamp and the faux postage technique - but when I discovered that on my new computer, my saved postage template printed to a slightly different size to my saved acetate mask, I nearly had to go back to the drawing board. I'm not sure which would have been easier - adjusting the template or cutting a new mask...
Lots of snow and snowmen here, with my stamps and die-cut cutie. I gave him a scarf of red embroidery floss. The edges of the base layer were sponged, then I scored 1/8" in from each edge and added Stickles on the score line. The sheet of postage stamps is stuck on with a pin. Faux Postage Tutorial

I think I still have that stamp set..what a clever way to use it! You must have worked out all the glitches, because your card is gorgeous, Sabrina! Love the straight pin and the sparkly snowman!
Sabrina I love love this little card. I had not thought of this technique in so long and I always loved it. This turned out adorable and I just think that little snowman in the left bottom corner is so cut. Super cute card.

It has been so long since I did the faux postage technique I think I have forgotten how I did the one and only one I did so many years ago. Yours is fantastic! I love the super cute image on your postage and you colored is so wonderfully!
