For this card, I went with a beach scene Gruffies image and cut ot the Gruffies wrapped in a towel and made it llok as if it is warm Blanket. Ooh, he still looks, cold doesn't he?? LOL! I've used several border punches and some Oval dies....

What a gorgeous icy looking card! Poor Gruffles! He does look very cold. I love your layers of die cuts. Popping up your image and putting it in an oval topped with a bow really make it look like an ornament. I love that!
