This week's F4A Challenge was to "Grab & Go" and use something we have recently purchased and not used - I bought this feathered gown embellishment some weeks ago! The Mixability Challenge was to incorporate a feather on our card.
I die cut the squares and, using a stencil, I sponged Pool Party onto the Pool Party c/s. Adhered gown. I used a lacy EF for half the card. For the top part, I used the emboss resist technique, stamped the baroque motif in versamark, heat embossed with Pool Party EP, and lightly sponged with Pretty In Pink Ink. It has a bit of a look of vellum, I think! Added punched lacy border, fleur de lis border and sentiment.
TFL!

I wish you could have heard my squeal when your card popped up on the screen. That is the cutest sticker EVER! And that you had it in your stash when the feather challenge came out - totally perfect timing. Love how you made it look like a ball gown on display in a frame. Very fun card! TFS

Sue, I love that your embossing folder matches your stamp and what a wonderful color combination! The layers and embossing look awesome on this! The background is designed perfectly for the beaded and feathered gown!
