I embossed my card front with ice embossing powder over a large snowflake background. Hard to see in the photo, but you might be able to make out a little bit of the shimmer in the background ... it's all different snowflakes.
Placed a snowflake stencil over a piece of white card stock and sprayed with turquoise mist (made my own spray with re-inkers, frost white paint, and rubbing alcohol). Cut it out with the rectangular stitched mat. Cut out the snowflake from silver foil with a stitched snowflake die, adding a rhinestone to the center and some silver cording. The banner finishes the card ... stamped with second generation so that it is the same colour as the snowflake stencil mat.
I was channeling Karen Dunbrook when making this card. I am in love with the series of cards she's made with her new stitched snowflake dies and had to buy them for myself!! Thanks Karen!
Accessories: ice embossing powder, heat tool, snowflake stencil made with silhouette cameo, mini mister, frost white paint, rubbing alcohol, stitched mat and stitched snowflake dies (lil' inkers), silver cording, clear rhinestone

I love the stitched dies too and love how you used them! The card base is just gorgeous, Loll! It compliments your main image so beautifully. The shimmer shows up perfectly in your photo and love the use of the silver cord!

I LOVE the sparkly wonderfulness of this card! Your glittery snowflakes in the back ground provide the perfect base for the rest of this wonderfully designed and executed card. SUCH a cool stitched snowflake! The silver cording is so artfully done...and the sentiment is perfection with your snowflake theme. LOVE LOVE LOVE...
