Here's my card for Dina's Hope You Can Cling To challenge. For the focal panel mat, I ran the Cool Caribbean cardstock through my crimper a few times and then separated the layers, using the fuzzy textured part as my "front side" for the mat.

This is just adorable - fun image and sentiment - beautiful use of dp, and pretty colours - that all adds up to perfect card making as far as I'm concerned!
