This was done for Tammie's frozen VSN challenge seen here. the scene was done in the brown on the sand then the snow-tex was daubed on randomly with a brush. ( I did brush off the bigger globs so this is pretty flat in real life) there is a pop dot under the end of the tag to keep it still on the card front too. tfl.
