Woohoo!! I finished all 35 challenges in six days- needless to say, the house and craft area is a mess but this has helped me focus on others during this time (my husband was recently diagnosed with a rare form of lymphoma and had his port surgery this week plus a few other doctor appointments).

Julie, first of all, a massive well done to you for completing all the challenges in such a short time! I read your blog post and was touched by your long list of heroes, starting with the Lord Jesus and ending up with your husband, in whose honour you made this fabulous card. You are truly blessed! And I hope and pray that your husband's treatment is totally successful and that he'll enjoy good health again. Your card is beautifully vintage, every layer and element sponged with just the right touch of ink to make it look authentic, and the distressing adds to the aged look - what amazing images for a true baseball fan! Thanks so much for sharing your card and your hero story for this challenge, Julie.

this has such amazing details and here's to hoping you get all you are praying and wishing for, successful treatments and being able to play along at your leisure next year.
