Okay a book inspiration... I had to take it one step further and turn my favorite child hood book into a Gift card holder. took me a while and i had to use another bit of paper on the very back because.... yes I did it i put the design on the back and upside down to boot. but now that it is finished i think it is lovely.

Aha - this is what you need a box card for. Rachael, I LOVE this. Your dragon reminds me of a much loved book we had which featured a Chinese dragon called Bumble. He looked very like this.

This is from the book the magic grinder. Minnie walks passed a cave and heard moaning inside. Even though she is afraid she goes in to help and finds the Dragon stuck from a cave in. Even though she is still afraid she asks how she can help. He tells her to get the magic grinder off the shelf and bring it to him. She does, and he uses it to get free, then gives it to her as a reward. There is a lot more to the story but that is where the Dragon plays into it.

Just stunning! This is genius and I love every single bit of it! I'm going to have to look for the book!
