YEAH! I completed all of the challenges!! For Lydia's Another Year in the Books challenge, I went with the Harry Potter series, which we just finished reading in our house. My husband had read them and nudged me to read them. But I have a problem with falling asleep when I read, so I read them out loud with my kiddos. We started early last fall and finished Deathly Hallows earlier this October. After each book, we watched the movie. We all dressed up for Halloween -- my daughter as Hermione, my son as Harry, my husband as a Dementor and myself as Professor McGonagall. We had a blast!
So for this challenge, I pulled a great Dumbledore quote and printed it off. I love this quote and I think it works really well for someone undergoing cancer treatments. It can be really hard to smile during the process of dealing with this and it isn't always easy as a survivor either (speaking from experience). I matched the quote up with the street lamp from There She Goes She's a Lady.

That quote is awesome. I'm the same, I'm waiting to read the books with my kids since I missed them when they first came out. Love your card!

My husband & I read them as an adult and now we are enjoying them again as a read aloud to our girls!! I just love how our families are both so enamored with them One daughter was Hermione a few years ago for Halloween. I LOVE your pairing of this wonderful quote with the lamp!!! This is an outstanding CAS creation!!!

Such a perfect quote. Great job. I read the first book of this series and felt the same as you. I like the idea of reading them to the kids.
Congrats on finishing all of the challenges!
