You emboss an outline stamp and then blend in distress inks - both on the image and also the background. Then you wet the stamp with water and "ghost stamp" on the background by letting the water react with the distress ink. I love this look. This is awesome and I'm glad you love the look too! This has been a very popular card from my gallery to use as inspiration it seems. Even I did one myself, lol. The bright colours look so happy and cheerful. Love the extra little additions with the embellishments.
