hi there,
Here is my card for the MIX today; Put Some Pink on and for the HYCCT1419; Spread it Around.
I began by applying some Gesso randomly over a piece of drywall tape. When dry, I rubbed on Distress inks then stamped with my die again by spraying it with water. You can see the faint, frosty impressions in the bkg. I stamped the sentiment then added the snowflake that was dragged through some Distress ink on an acrylic block.
thanks for looking,

Karen, I knew this beautiful pink creation was yours before I ever opened it to take a closer look. What a great way to use your Gesso - love it! I love pink in a Christmas color palette.

So very, very cool! Love it. I just read about the gesso resist the other day and today have been trying to remix my separated gesso and watched some tutorials. Now I'm really excited to try it.

Karen, this card is beyond gorgeous! I love the overall impression and the layers of interesting detail. The big, beautiful snowflake and the bold sentiment are perfect! Thanks for playing in my challenge!
